Refund and Returns Policy
At JIV Athletics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Be new, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, damage caused by customers, or missing tags are not eligible for return or refund.
Free Return Protection
If you purchased the $1.98 Free Returns & Exchange Protection during checkout:
- Returns for store credit or exchanges are free.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided through our Returns Center.
If you did not purchase Return Protection, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before wearing, washing, or removing the tags.
We will gladly replace or refund defective items after verification.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
All Clearance, Sale, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Return Protection does not apply to Clearance or Final Sale items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Digital Products
- Promotional or Free Gift Items
- Clearance & Final Sale Products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Return Shipping
If Return Protection was not purchased, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. JIV Athletics is not responsible for lost return shipments.
