  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.

While we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier, JIV Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and product.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
